Art'N'Roll - charity arts auction and exhibition

ESN PWr would like to invite you to participate in a charity arts auction and exhibition. Money collected will be given to Wroclaw Children Hematology and Oncology ward. Before the auction and exhibition, painting and photography workshops will be conducted. The exhibition will take place on 7th to 12th December 2015 in the building of Strefa Kultury Studenckiej. The photography workshops will be conducted by Marek Wójciak and painting workshops will be conducted by Katarzyna Mularska. All the participants interested in taking part in workshops should confirm their attendance by filling a form sent via email. Please be informed that if you would like to participate in photography workshops you should bring a camera with you. If you would like to take part in painting workshops you will need art supplies that you would like to use, as paints, carbons etc. The workshops will be conducted in English. We strongly encourage you to take part in the auction and workshops. Let's make your talent and involvement a reason for which kids who are being treated on Hematology and Oncology ward will have a smile on their faces.

 

Statute

§1

Registration for workshops take place from 19.10 and will last until: 27.10 (Painting) 13.11 and (Photography).

§2

The records will be conducted by the forms placed on the socialnetwork "Facebook".

§3

The right to make application have each student of Wroclaw University of Technology and students participating in the international exchange " Erasmus +".

§4

The participation in workshops is free of charge.

§5

Painting workshops take place from 10.28.2015 to 10.30.2015. Photographic workshops take place from 16.11.2015 to 18.11.2015 from 17:00 until 19:30 in the building “Strefa kultury Studenckiej” room “C”.

§6

If the number of applications exceeds the allowable threshold organizer reserves the right to conduct the recruitment by order of applications . All informations with confirmation of the list of participants will be placed on the " Erasmus Student Network PWr " (http://pwr.esn.pl/pl/artnroll) and "Facebook.pl ".

§7

The workshop will be conducted in English.

§8

The people conducting workshops: Katarzyna Mularska painting and Marek Wójciak photography.

§9

The workshop promote a charity auction for the Clinic of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology in Wroclaw.

§10

The photos sent by e-mail on adress: artnroll.pwr.wroclaw@esn.pl and drawings and paintings that will be forwarded to the headquarters ' Erasmus Student Network PWr " (ul. Wróblewskiego 27 , 51-627 Wroclaw ) by 30.11 . 2015 will be exhibited and sold at an auction on 12.12.2015.

§11

Every person taking part in workshops have to fill the aplication form, in which it is required to enter following data: NAME, SURNAME, TITLE OF WORK, CATEGORY (PHOTOGRAPHY, PAINTING, DRAWING). It is also required to enclose signed document in which workshops participant renounce his rights to money raised durining the auction.

§12

Arts which will not meet the requirements will be rejected on formal grounds.

§13

Wroclaw should be main point of artistic expressions in paintings and photos.

§14

All works will be cataloged and then exhibited in the building " Strefa Kultury Studenckiej " in the period from 07.12.2015 to 12.12.2015 where they will be auctioned off and sold on 12.12.2015

§15

Money raised from sale will be transfered to the Clinic of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology by the Fundację Rozwoju Politechniki Wrocławskiej.

§16

Information about raised amount of money will be published on the ‘’Erasmus Student Network PWr” website (link: http://pwr.esn.pl/pl/artnroll) and on Facebook.

§17

Works of art bought by bank transfer on ‘’ ”Fundacja Rozwoju Politechniki Wrocławskiej” fundation account will be delivered in „Erasmus Student Network PWr” headquater (ul. Wróblewskiego 27, 51-627 Wrocław) three days after payment being recived by fundation.

§18

Every person that pay for work by cash will recive it in the same day with proof of the authenticity of the work.

§19

The honorary patron is Rector Prof. PhD. Eng. Tadeusz Więckowski.
